Standard Delivery

- Standard delivery within the UK is a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, and delivery takes 2-3 days from dispatch depending on where you live. Please bear in mind there is a lead time to make and process the order before it is dispatched.

- During busy periods and sales events our lead time will increase. Estimated delivery times are given on the product page. 

Upgraded Delivery

- We offer upgraded delivery using Tracked 24. This is a tracked service from the Royal Mail which aims to delivery the parcel within 24 hours, the next working day after dispatch.

If you are unhappy with your product, or no longer want it, you can return it to us for a full refund as long as:

- The item is returned within 14 days of receipt

- The item is unopened, in original packaging and in a resaleable condition

Please contact us letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product. Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to. Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us).
